Imagine getting hired by a bakery famous for its quintessential Jewish treats and demanding you not be forced to cater Jewish events. That’s what’s happening at Breads Bakery as employees attempt to form a union to protest the Jewish Israeli owner’s support for what they call the “genocide in Gaza.” This, my friends, is why the IHRA definition of antisemitism is so critical.
