Capstone - V6 (FA) The sun’s finally out again in London, so I revisited something that’s been on the to-do list for a while. So fun that I did it twice! It might help to have small fingers for this one since the gap around the light is uncomfortably narrow. There was a fine line between having enough tape to reduce the pain but not having so much you can’t fit. 😂 The concrete roof slightly resembled the cap of a mushroom, so the named seemed appropriate (especially given that I was also wearing my @capst1 shirt). 9.47 sec, 86.48 pts 💚 @apexspeedrun 2 months ago, I hurt my foot while landing a roof gap in Puerto Rico. I was limited to no/low-impact training ever since (walk, lift, etc). my foot’s still not 100%, but it finally felt good enough to run my first ASR course of 2026–UH2 Speed Run in Hawai’i. we set UH2 around 1 year ago, but this was my first real training session on it. the all-time course record currently stands at 8.19 by @parkour.jang, with @roland.pk right behind at 8.20. I recently set a goal to improve my all-time ASR rating to 75+ in 2026 (currently 71.89), so my first run of the year being an 86+ is a great start. however, I usually perform relatively better on ascent-heavy courses which means my UH2 score was bound to be above my average. I think I can go sub-9, maybe sub-8.50, on this course, but called it after a few good reps. I can’t push my foot too hard yet. both of my top-outs could be faster/cleaner—and I’m not in great shape for the height drop to sprint. there’s always something to improve in a speed run, but I’m happy with this result for now 🥲 📱 @tlynncarpenter #apexmovement #apexspeedrun #apexdenver
