❗️NEW❗️Such a UNIQUE spot that combines a butcher with a Korean BBQ restaurant! This dual concept allows you to pick premium cuts such as wagyu (lots of Wagyu cuts 200g-250g between $20-30), water aged cuts, marinated meats (spicy, soy, salt marinated) and Japanese Kagoshima wagyu (crazy marbling), directly from the butcher and enjoy them prepared in the dining area. You can also purchase meats from the butcher without dining there - Buy 3 packs and get 15% OFF! I highly recommend their Hay-smoked Meat Platter (over 1.7kg) for $178 which was enough for 4 adults to taste the different cuts! Here you’ll choose your choice of meats from the butcher section and pay, and then for $10 a head, you get unlimited banchan (including raw marinated crab)! I couldn’t tell you what meat to choose, but the manager/staff were really nice and helpful and recommended meats to try. For some of the meats, they’ll half cook it for you in their kitchen with fire which gives that extra flavour, and then they’ll leave you to grill it to the done-ness if your liking.
