Do love matcha? 🍵 Do you love cake? 🍰 Here’s my Dairy free Matcha recipe, Ruby’s favourite! Bake in 2 x 7” tins, greased and lined 👩‍🍳 Ingredients 175g caster sugar 175g butter/plant based butter 3 eggs 150g SR flour 2 tablespoons Matcha powder 75ml milk 1 tsp apple cider vinegar2 tsp vanilla extract 300g strawberries Whipped cream 2 pots plant based cream (I used Elmlea) 1 tbsp icing sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract Preheat the oven to 170c fan Beat the butter and sugar until creamy Add the eggs one by one Add the vinegar to the milk, stir and set aside Whisk the matcha powder, salt and baking powder into the flour Fold in 1/2 the flour mix gently Add half the soured milk, mix Repeat with the flour and milk Divide between the tins and level Bake for about 20 mins until cooked through, leave to cool Slice the strawberries Whipped the cream, vanilla and sugar Assemble the cake like this : ) Enjoy! 🍵 🍓 🍰 #baking #matcha #matchacake #strawberries #delicious #cale #julietsear #dairyfree

Backpulver - 250–260 g Mehl - 40 g Backkakao Erdbeer-Curd: - 300 g TK-Erdbeeren - Saft & Abrieb 1 Bio-Zitrone - 1 TL Vanillepaste - 3 EL Zucker - 30 g Speisestärke - 3 EL Wasser - 30 g Butter Creme: - 500 g Mascarpone - 600 g Sahne - ca. 120 g Zucker - Vanillepaste Deko: - Raffaello - Erdbeeren - Erdbeerschokolade - Kokosraspeln - extra Sahne + 2 TL Zucker + 2 TL Sahnesteif — Zubereitung: 1. Boden: Eier, Zucker und Vanillepaste ca. 7–8 Minuten sehr schaumig aufschlagen. Mehl, Backpulver und Kakao sieben und vorsichtig unterheben. Bei 175 °C ca. 45 Minuten backen. Auskühlen lassen und 2x durchschneiden (3 Böden). 2. Erdbeer-Curd: Erdbeeren auftauen & pürieren. Restliche Zutaten (außer Butter) einrühren, kurz aufkochen bis es eindickt. Vom Herd nehmen, Butter einrühren, abdecken und ca. 1 Stunde kühlen. 3. Creme: Mascarpone, Sahne, Zucker und Vanillepaste steif schlagen. 4. Schichten: Auf den ersten Boden einen Creme-Ring spritzen, innen ebenfalls etwas Creme verteilen. Freie Fläche mit Erdbeer-Curd füllen und Raffaello darüber streuen. Mit den nächsten Böden wiederholen. 5. Dekoration: Kuchen komplett mit Creme einstreichen. Restliche Creme mit geschlagener Sahne vermengen und Tupfer spritzen. Mit Erdbeeren, Raffaello, Schokolade und Kokosraspeln dekorieren.

Jetem przekonana, że wpisze się w Wasze top 5 wszystkich wypieków, jakie do tej pory robiliście🙊 Poleca się na Wielkanoc i do weekendowej kawki ☺️ Do przepisu użyłam gotowej pulpy z mango od @qualityfoodpl, którą wykorzystasz także w innych deserach i wypiekach, a także w śniadaniach, koktajlach i drinkach. Kupisz oczywiście online, a stacjonarnie m.in. w Leclerc, Auchan, Carrefour czasem w Lidlu i Kauflandzie ☺️ Tortownica min.28cm (jeśli użyjesz mniejszej masa wyleje Ci się z formy). Możesz zrobić też na prostokątnej np. 22x33 170g herbatników 120g masła roztopionego 1 łyżka kakao 3 łyżki wiórków kokosowych 1. Ciastka rozdrabniamy na piasek, masło rozpuszczamy i studzimy. Do miski wsypujemy ciastka, kakao, wiórki, a także masło. Mieszamy aż postanie mokry piasek. 2. Spód tortownicy wykładamy papierem do pieczenia. Na blaszkę przekładamy zawartość miski i całość mocno i równo dociskamy. Wkładamy do lodówki na czas przygotowywania masy serowej. 4 duże jajka lub 5 mniejszych 1/2 szklanki cukru 1 kg twarogu sernikowego z wiaderka 200g mleczka kokosowego @decare 250g mascarpone 1 puszka pulpy z mango @qualityfoodpl (450g) 3 łyżki mąki ziemniaczanej 1. Jajka z cukrem ubijamy na puch do rozpuszczenia cukru. 2. Do masy jajecznej dodajemy łyżka po łyżce ser (średnie obroty) 3. Następnie dodajemy mascarpone. 4. Wsypujemy mąkę ziemniaczaną i dalej miksujemy. 5. Wlewamy wstrząśnięte mleczko kokosowe i dalej miksujemy. 6. Na koniec wlewamy niecałą puszkę pulpy z mango (zostawiamy kilka łyżeczek na dnie do dekoracji sernika). Miksujemy na średnich obrotach. 7. Masę serową wylewamy na ciemny spód. Na wierzchu wykładamy pozostałą pulpę z mango i za pomocą patyczkach wykałaczki tworzymy wzorki. 8. Wkładamy do piekarnika na 180’C góra-dół na 20 min i po tym czasie zmniejszamy temp do 120’C i pieczemy 90 minut. Zostawiamy na chwilę w piekarniku i później uchylamy drzwiczki do całkowitego wystudzenia. 9. Sernik należy włożyć do lodówki na co najmniej kilka godzin.
