I just started incorporating the stair master and i’m really enjoying the struggle 15 Minute Incline Walk- 15 incline & 3-3.5 speed. I LOVE THIS. Low impact cardio that builds muscle, stamina, & burns insane amounts of calories. This is what most of cardio consists of, when not paired with the stair master I stick to 30min-1hr. Walking Backwards On Incline- about 5 minutes. Yall my knees love this. So good for your balance and for core activation.
