Pre-orders are highly encouraged to avoid disappointment and food wastage. 💛 It’s no easy feat to make croissants and pastries without animal products but @ryabakehouse has kinda perfected it. 😍 They are the only bakery in Singapore that specialises in vegan croissants and sourdough and despite plant based ingredients like vegan butter etc. being more expensive, they are not charging exorbitant prices for them and are transparent about their pricing changes on their Instagram account. Run by Conor and Paula Swaine, Btwenty7 brings something different to the local offering: a casual, fast option that doesn’t compromise on quality.....homemade food, done well and served fast. “We’ve always focused on keeping things in-house,” says Conor. “Everything is made by our chefs or our Enniscorthy bakery. That’s what people are responding to.” The Ardcavan outlet marks the third drive-thru for the brand, and so far, feedback from locals has been strong. While customers may expect just coffee, they’re often surprised by the full menu: toasted sandwiches, smoothies, a dedicated matcha offering, cakes and pastries....all designed for people on the go!
