I love movement variety, I say choose 5 or 6 exercises for each section because there are A LOT of different ways to achieve our goals: 1) Increase Heart Rate 2) Increase Core Body Temp 3) Increase Range of Motion Dynamic Mobility: - Knee Hugs - World's Greatest - Quad Pull - Walking Lateral Lunge - Lunge & Twist - Punters - Cherry Pickers - Inch Worm Dynamic Running: - Pogo Series (Forward, Backward, Split) - Shuffles (Forward, Backwards, Sideways) - Skip Series (A Skip, B Skip, Euro Step, etc) - Crawls/Crabs (Forward, Backwards, Sideways) - Multi Running (Variety Sprint, Crossover Run, Buildups, etc) Run through this TWICE then give yourself a couple of minutes to grab a sip before moving into bands and getting into your throwing/work for the day. Your body will adapt to your warm up, it's a sneaky way to squeeze in some extra coordination and fitness. It'll help maximize your training sessions!
