: A Chick-fil-A in Midtown Tulsa reportedly collapsed this evening after the ground beneath it gave way, pulling the entire building into a sudden sinkhole. Video shows the structure sinking straight down as the pavement folds in around it. No injuries are visible or reported in the footage at this time. Construction is officially underway for a new Chick-fil-A on Ford Road and Mercury Drive, directly across from the Dearborn Walmart — marking the first-ever Chick-fil-A in the city. Heavy equipment is already on site as crews begin building the popular fast-food restaurant, which is expected to bring new jobs and another high-traffic dining option to one of Dearborn’s busiest corridors. An opening date has not yet been announced.

Chick-fil-A’s Bellingham location is making progress, and the company recently announced a projected opening time. The new restaurant has quickly taken shape, as the building is already up and fences around the construction site show the well known chicken logo. It was recently remodeled and it’s HUGE! This spot has a sit down diner and the menu has so many additional items on it like a CHEESE BURGER (yes you read that right), chicken & waffles, fried pickles and so much more! 🍗🧇 They also have a pie shop inside, a drive through for your Chick-fil-A favorites and a merch stand! 🏗 MATTHEWS CHICK-FIL-A: If you've driven down Independence Boulevard recently you may have noticed the popular Chick-fil-A has been torn down. WHAT'S HAPPENING: A new building will soon be built in the old restaurant's place. It'll be a free-standing restaurant with a dining room, a Chick-fil-A spokerson tells Axios. Construction is expected to wrap up in spring 2023, assuming there are no delays.

The Chick-fil-A near Fresno’s River Park has opened its doors again after closing months ago due to remodels being done to the building. Now, signs welcoming old and new customers can be seen all around the building, highlighting in red letters, “We’re back.”
