You’ll need: 9 medjool dates, pitted creamy peanut butter dark chocolate chips flaky salt crushed peanuts 1. Place the pitted dates on top of a parchment lined baking sheet. 2. Flatten with the bottom of a glass (it helps to put parchment paper between the glass and the date so it doesn’t stick). 3. Top each flattened date with peanut butter, melted dark chocolate, flaky salt and crushed peanuts. 4. Save these Stuffed Dates 👇🏻💜✨ Basic ingredients: •Medjool dates @zaytoun_cic are Palestinian dates, always good to check where dates are sourced especially right now. 🍉 •Nut butter •Chocolate of choice Toppings optional: Sea salt | Cacao nibs | toasted chopped nuts or seeds. How to make them: •Make a slit the dates lengthways, remove the pits. •Fill with nut butter as much as you like. •Dip or pour over melted chocolate. •Place into a lined flat tray or tin. •Sprinkle over the toppings & set to the fridge until set.

Snickers Date Bark! 🍯🍫 Have you tried date bark yet? Just top a layer of medjool dates with peanut butter, roasted peanuts, and melted chocolate. It’s perfectly sweet, salty, and so addictive. It’s ridiculously easy to make & tastes like a healthier snickers bar! ‌ HOW TO MAKE IT 1) Place parchment paper on a cutting board. 2) Remove pits from fresh medjool dates. Place the dates onto the parchment paper, creating a rectangle. Top with a second piece of parchment paper. Use a rolling pin to press the dates together. 3) Use a knife to spread peanut butter (or any nut butter of your choice) over the dates. Sprinkle roasted peanuts on top. Pour melted chocolate on top of the peanuts. Sprinkle flaky sea salt on top. 4) Freeze the bark for 20 minutes. Remove from the freezer. Chop into bits and pieces. 🍫 Chocolate Date Bars ( Via @alina_prokuda ) Ingredients: • about 25 mejool pitted dates • 1 cup of peanut butter • 1/2 cup of roasted peanuts • 1 cup melted chocolate • Sea salt, to taste Instructions: 1. Start by placing pitted dates on parchment paper as shown on the video. 2. Add peanut butter on top. 3. For double crunch add peanuts on top. 4. Melt chocolate and pour on the peanut butter.Sprinkle sea salt on top 5.Place the baking dish in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours or until the chocolate has set. 9. Wash the dates and remove the pits. Fill each date with a walnut. For extra indulgence, add a small spoon of biscuit cream before closing. Secure with a toothpick and dip into melted chocolate (use a double boiler for best results). Decorate immediately before the chocolate sets. Let them fully harden, then serve. ✨ Note: For 12–13 large dates, about 200 g melted chocolate is needed.
