Little bites of magic 🥹🍫 Seriously one of my favorite recipes ever! Details - 15 large medjool dates - 1/3 cup almond butter - 1 tsp vanilla - 2 tbsp coconut oil - 1 pinch of salt - Melted dark chocolate 1. Soak dates in hot water for 10 minutes 2. Add dates, almond butter, vanilla, coconut oil, and salt to a food processor. Process until combined. 3. Add mixture to a container and freeze until solid. 4. Cut into bite-size squares. 🍫 Chocolate Date Bars ( Via @alina_prokuda ) Ingredients: • about 25 mejool pitted dates • 1 cup of peanut butter • 1/2 cup of roasted peanuts • 1 cup melted chocolate • Sea salt, to taste Instructions: 1. Start by placing pitted dates on parchment paper as shown on the video. 2. Add peanut butter on top. 3. For double crunch add peanuts on top. 4. Melt chocolate and pour on the peanut butter.Sprinkle sea salt on top 5.Place the baking dish in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours or until the chocolate has set. 9. • 250 g chocolate, melted using a double boiler (dark or dark + milk mix) Instructions 1. Wash the dates, slice them open, and remove the pits. 2. Press the dates flat into the base of the pan, forming an even layer. 3. Drizzle or spread the warm peanut butter evenly over the dates. 4. Sprinkle generously with your choice of nuts. 5. Pour the melted chocolate over the top and spread evenly. 6. Let cool slightly, then chill until set. 7.
