Research cloud-seeding and weather modification. The “elite” are playing God by manipulating the weather and trying to block out the sun. Just ask Bill Gates. It baffles me when people still don’t think this is going on when they’re even trying to ban it in some states. They’ve been doing it since at LEAST the 1940’s.
