The secret to Sticking to your goals & commitments in 2024 is this! 🤫👇🏽 Does this sound familiar? “I’m really good at getting started then I just stop”” “I’ll be really consistent for a few months & then I just give up” “Something always gets in the way, I’ll get sick, work will become too much, I get overwhelmed” “I’ll start to see results, then it all gets too hard and i just dont have time” “I’m good for a short period of time but I can never get it to last” “I’ve tried everything. Nothing works” If you have struggled to reach your goals in the past, struggle to maintain your results. Its important to be mindful of the stories and limiting beliefs that come up for you when you’re setting your goals & intentions for the new year. Instead of doing what you’ve always done, instead of repeating your story from last year when you didn’t follow through. Do this! 1️⃣ Identify the belief: ask your self where did this story come from. why do i believe this story. find evidence for this story being real 2️⃣ Replace the belief/thought with a positive statement that refects your abilities and potential 3️⃣ Visualise yourself achieving your gaols 4️⃣ Surround yourself with a good support network - people who encourage you, support you,make you feel good. lift you up and help you stay on track with your goals 5️⃣ Goal setting - write down your uultimate goals and work backwards from there. breaking your goals don into bite size chunks, tasts that are manageable and realistic, set a time frame and ofcourse most importantly celebrate the wins along the way big and small 6️⃣ Get professional help - a therapist, coach or whoever you think will be the best person to help you reach your goals As always consistency is key, focus on being positive and self compassion - this will allow you to overcome these limiting beliefs and achieve the life you’ve always wanted in 2024 ♥️ #goals2024 #newyeargoals #commitments #transformyourlife #limitingbeliefs #newyearsresolution #health #fitness

It’s 2016… come take a ride with me! 10 years!! I scrolled back and the biggest thing i saw was Gods faithfulness in our obedience! 2016- It was the year we decided to go all in with building our Plexus Business. From January to December. We travelled for events. We filled up rooms. We spoke with shaky voices and feelings of inadequacies, inviting friends to come with us. But it wasn’t about us - it was the impact that mattered. 🙏🏻 I didn’t have time. You see my busy family? My distance away from the city? The obstacles became the reason to do this!! Not to not!! The kids grew up. Engagements. Babies. Teens. Parents. Work. We had so many things stacked up against us, there’s no “lucky” in this business but only a decision. A commitment. The blessings of obedience followed. Convention in Vegas with family. First Leaders retreat earned in Dallas. Income earned to cover debt and extra needs. Friends reaching the top of the company making it all the more possible for us too. 💎 The dream wasn’t built without tears, setbacks and many, many days of hard work... That’s normal. Starting well is a lot easier than to finish well. This is still true today! The same obstacles we had then - we have now. Which means this dream is just as possible for you today as it is for me. 🙌🏻 Is there something in your life you’d love to change? Or to no longer struggle with? Have you started but became discouraged? That’s ok! Today is a new day that you can recommit. I even added a picture of my hair. Why? Because this was a reflection of the results of obedience in my health. All things grow when we feel well! 💇🏻‍♀️ What’s your 2026 decisions going to produce? 10 years from now what will your reel look like? When the Magic happens…⭐️ At my ski resort, every 50th chair on the lift is painted gold - little surprises scattered throughout the day that make you feel like the universe is saying “Hey, I see you”. 😉 Yesterday? I got TWO.
