C5+O.N.E. Celebrates Cohort 4 Graduation in Tajikistan On March 7, 2026, the C5+O.N.E. (Opening Networks Through English) program hosted its Cohort 4 National Workshop and Graduation Ceremony in Dushanbe, bringing together over 75 participants, partners, judges, and distinguished guests from the U.S. Embassy. The event celebrated the cohort’s achievements and highlighted how the program strengthens professional skills, economic opportunity, and regional cooperation through English. The ceremony opened with welcoming remarks from Ms. Carson Relitz Rocker, Chargé d’Affaires at the U.S. Embassy in Tajikistan, and Ms. Yuliya Beloslyudtseva, C5+O.N.E. Program Director, who congratulated the graduates and emphasized the importance of English language skills in expanding economic opportunities and fostering regional connections. Participants showcased business projects developed during the program, demonstrating how they are applying newly acquired skills to address workplace challenges, strengthen their organizations, and introduce innovative ideas. A total of 80 graduates successfully completed the program and joined the U.S. Government Alumni network. The event highlighted how C5+O.N.E. equips professionals with English-language skills, leadership capacity, and international networks to drive innovation, support economic growth, and strengthen regional collaboration.
