Comme tu peux le voir mon corps ne ment pas. Pendant ma grossesse j’avais pris 25 kg. Soit 85 kg au lieu de 59 kg 😱😱😱 Je te laisse imaginer porter des bas de contentions toute la journée avec la rétention d’eau, avec la chaleur j’avais des brûlures entre les cuisses à cause de la taille de mes cuisses, ma peau pleine de vergetures et j’en passe… Aucun corps n’est parfait, mais à tes yeux il peut le devenir. Tout va dépendre de ce que tu as décidé d’en faire, car tout est possible. Ne te trouve pas d’excuses, mais commence par plutôt prendre conscience que tu te cherches des excuses et tout simplement faire de ton corps un chef-d’œuvre n’est pas ta priorité pour le moment, et c’est ok ! C’est la première étape de ton changement. Seul, en toi se trouve ce pouvoir, car tu es l’unique maître de ton corps. 🧠 N’oublie pas, c’est ton corps émotionnel (psyché) qui contrôle ton corps physique. Ton mental tente sans cesse de reprendre le contrôle des pensées que tu tentes de reprogrammer, et… magie, plus tu fais l’inverse, meilleurs résultats tu auras ! ❤️❤️❤️ Crois en toi, aimes-toi! Toi et tes défauts. Ils deviendront tes points forts et tu en feras tes qualités.
