Functional and powerful ✅ • I view my core as a bridge that connects the lower body to upper body. The stronger that bridge is, the better I can transfer power ⚡️ • Not a complete list, but definitely want to have some type of rotation, anti-rotation, back flexion and extension! • For bodyweight exercises I love doing L-sits, toes to bar, back extension on the @teeterfitness and some type of rotation! • My core exercises are always sprinkled in my workouts, so I’ll hit one of these variations at least once a workout. • Comment “KB” and I’ll send you my 6 Week Kettlebell Training Plan for $35. Its worth it and easily scalable to all abilities • • • #fitness #fit #workout #dad #wellness #abs #core #garagegym #kettlebell #kbworkout

If you are tired of doing countless amounts of situps and endless planks, add kettlebell halos to your next core workout. They are also great for working on shoulder mobility and strength. Here are four different variations, so you can pick which one is best for you. Save this post and send it to a friend that needs to work on their abs.

Core workouts Strength that shows up in squats, deadlifts, carries, runs, real life. Core training that resist, rotate, stabilize … it’s what you need in your workouts.

Do these core exercises weekly to build better abs. I don’t do a ton of direct core work in my training, but these are always in rotation. They hit each aspect of core function: flexion, rotation, anti-rotation, and stability. They teach you to properly brace and move your core in ways that carry over not just to other exercises but to real life. Pick one and hit it after each of your weekly workouts, aim for 3-4 sets of 10-20 reps depending on the weight. KETTLEBELL UPPER BODY & CORE 💪🔥 This is a powerful kettlebell upper-body and core circuit that challenges strength, stability, and control. Because the load sits off-center, kettlebells force your stabilizers to work overtime—lighting up your shoulders, core, and upper back in ways dumbbells can’t. Move with intent, stay controlled, and own every rep. 4 Rounds • 10 reps each • 60 seconds rest between rounds Workout: • Tall Kneeling Alternating KB Press x10 • Renegade Row x10 • 1½ Push-Up x10 • KB Halo x10 • Half-Kneeling Low-to-High Chop x10 Save this for your next upper-body day or when you want a strength + core combo that hits different. 💥 #kettlebell #kettlebellworkout #upperbodyworkout #coreworkout #functionaltraining strengthtraining

The core isn’t abs — it’s control. These basics build strength that transfers. 📄 Full primer guide in bio. #Core #kettlebellcore #kettlebell #kettlebell #abs

Start activating your core in every single move you already do. Real core progress starts with position and breath. When you learn deep core engagement through a slight posterior pelvic tilt (and understand when to control anterior tilt), you create a stronger, safer foundation for every movement. Add proper breathing and rib cage stacking, and suddenly your abs, obliques, and deep stabilizers switch on the way they’re supposed to. These small adjustments inside the moves you already do can make your results way more profound: better control, less low-back compensation, and faster visible progress. Comment “MOVES” and get access to all my programs and routines and learn how to engage your core in all the exercises you already practice—so you can quadruple your progress using just 1 kettlebell and your body weight. #kettlebell #workout #core #abs #deepcore
