My current favourite core exercise👆 Rower Pike-Ups! Not only does this set the core and hip flexors on fire, but the entire upper body and shoulders too😅 The key is starting in a high plank position, with the hips down, then drawing up through the core, imagining your hips are being pulled up by a piece of string. It’s all about quality>quantity with these, so take them super slow and controlled.
