You’ve never had a reuben like this before. 🥳💚 Keep reading or get the full recipe details in the @allrecipes bio! ⬇️ Ingredients: 12 slices soft rye bread 1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese 1/2 pound very thinly sliced corned beef 3/4 cup sauerkraut, drained very well 1/4 cup butter, melted, plus more if needed 1 cup thousand island dressing 2 teaspoons hot sauce Directions: Place bread slices on a work surface. Use a rolling pin to flatten bread on both sides so that the bread slice becomes smooth and very thin. Place about 2 tablespoons cheese over each bread slice and top with a thin layer of corned beef. Use a paper towel to press and absorb any excess moisture from sauerkraut; add about 1 tablespoon sauerkraut to each slice, and spread evenly over corned beef. From the short side of the bread slice, roll bread tightly around filling, taking care not to tear the bread. Place the roll seam-side down and set aside while preparing remaining rolls with remaining ingredients. Brush each roll with melted butter. Air fry rolls at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) until toasted, golden brown and crisp, about 5 minutes. Stir dressing and hot sauce together in a small bowl. Serve Reuben rolls with more hot sauce for dipping. 🎥: Nicole @nicolemcmom #ruben #sandwich #dinner #easyrecipes

Is there anything better than a Reuben Sandwich with Slow Cooked Corned Beef!? Recipe link in bio, below, or follow me & comment RECIPE and I will DM you the recipe link. 😘💕 INGREDIENTS Sandwich Ingredients * Rye Bread * Swiss Cheese * Sauerkraut * Corned Beef * Salted Butter * Thousand Island Dressing Thousand Island Dressing * 1 cup mayonnaise * 1/4 cup ketchup * 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish * 1/3 cup finely chopped white onion * 1 tablespoon white vinegar * 1 tablespoon sugar Thousand Island Dressing 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, ketchup, sweet pickle relish, chopped onion, vinegar or lemon juice, and sugar. Mix until well combined. 2. Taste the dressing and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper according to your preference. 3. Refrigerate the dressing for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together before serving. Reuben Sandwich Assembly 1. Take 2 slices of bread for every sandwich that you plan on making, and butter one side of each slice of bread. 2. In a medium or large pan on medium heat, fry the bread butter-side down until golden brown. Remove from pan and add a liberal amount of thousand island dressing to each piece of bread. 3. I like to heat the corned beef in the microwave with the sauerkraut and Swiss cheese so that it heats evenly and gets melty enough. You can also assemble the sandwich and cook it like a grilled cheese in the pan. #reuben #reubensandwich #sandwich #sandwiches #cornedbeef #easyrecipe #beef

Being Danish — I literally grew up on Rye Bread as a main part of my diet 🤎 Which is also why I am so proud of this recipe! My 100% Rye with toasted seeds. Making sure you can get the same result by having a few test-bakers trying it out in different home kitchens before publishing 🫶🏽 (thank you bread friends!) In my opinion, rye breads are the easiest breads to make because you don’t need much kneading, mixing, folding or shaping — but also the HARDEST to get right (if you don’t have a good recipe or instructions) ending up with a tooth-breaking crust or seeds and a sticky or “floating” upper crust. I teach you all the do’s and don’t in my newest @substack newsletter — sign up via link in my bio 🫶🏽

Seedy Rye Bread Recipe 🧸 My simple, d e l i c i o u s rye bread recipe! I’ve been baking (and eating) a couple of these every week! They’re so filling and delicious, PERFECT for sweet or savoury toppings! 🤎 Ingredients - ♡ 600g dark or light rye flour or a mixture ♡ 500ml water ♡ 12g salt ♡ 3g instant or dry yeast ♡ 3tsp herbs or spices of your choice (I didn’t use any for this one - cumin and coriander are great for a savoury loaf, or cinnamon for sweet!) ♡ 4 handfuls mixed seeds, or seeds of your choice ♡ 4-6 tbs molasses (it gives the most wonderful flavour to the bread! You could also use honey or malt for a sweet loaf) Method - ♥︎ Measure the water into a big bowl and add the yeast. Let it sit for 10 minutes to dissolve. ♥︎ Add the flour and the salt and any of the other ingredients you are using. ♥︎ Stir together until it is well mixed. ♥︎ Grease a bread tin with coconut oil ♥︎ Flop the dough from your bowl into the tin. Don’t press it down. Touch as little as possible - it will move and fill the tin itself. ♥︎ Optional - you can sprinkle some rye flour and seeds on the surface of the dough. Cover the tin with a tea towel or shower hat – raise the surface of it above the dough so that when the dough rises, it does not stick. ♥︎ Leave it for 2-5 hours – it depends on the heat in the kitchen. Don’t try to speed it up by placing it in an overly warm place as rye does not like to be too warm. Check it every once in a while. Rye is ready for the oven when there are little holes all over the surface. Keep your nerve and wait for that point. ♥︎ Heat the oven to 200 degrees C. Pop it in and bake for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and remove from tin. Let cool completely on a wire rack. Rye is best eaten the next day and will last for 4 - 5 days. You can also slice and freeze (I do) and it will last for months. Enjoy! 🤎✨🧸🧺🫶🏼 #bread #breadrecipe #ryebread #rye #ryebreadrecipe #recipe #healthy #healthyrecipe #healthyrecipes #baking #baker #bake #bakingrecipe #bakingrecipes #healthybread #vegan #veganrecipe #veganrecipes #plantbasedrecipe #plantbasedrecipes #plantbased #protein
