Soul loss CAN be overcome… but fixating on soul loss is part of the problem. Everything that feels weird, off, strange, or disconcerting creates a loop that blocks the soul from feeling safe for full reentry. The soul wants to reenter the body. It is naturally gravitated back towards it. We just have to get out of the way. Stop freaking out, stop looping, stop obsessing about what feels off. Start using healthy distractions. Start focusing on entertainment and leisure so your body feels safe. Start building safe social connections instead of isolating yourself and making it worse. And start investing in your goals and simple healthy routines that amp you up to live the life you want. Even if you’re not feeling fully integrated, fully “soul-settled”, you can still work towards your dreams so you’re able to receive a life that’s enriching and fulfilling.
