I was really shocked when I first started browsing cross stitch patterns to see if it was something I wanted to get into…. How few are actually stitched up? They just had an app make it for them and are done?! That feels crazy to me, as I definitely ripped out stitches, tweaked shapes and changed my mind about colors as I created. It also feels chintzy for consumers. But all that to say - this design is as of NOW available as a digital pattern. (I’m very new to cross stitch, and very attached to Adobe Illustrator instead of apps, so feedback is very appreciated on what you want to see in the future!) My husband started developing the idea for this business around 10 years ago. Originally Stitchly started life as @perlypop, which then led to Stitchly, @loomerlyofficial and @dotterlyofficial. I (Charlotte) joined my husband (Harry) just over a year ago to help with the softer side of running a business, including the social media accounts. Stiff Aida is great for cross stitching in hand, but trickier to get in a hoop. A hot iron helps! This is my Seasons to Smile pattern, originally designed for @caterpillarcrossstitch and now available in my shop.
