The only bicep curl you’ll ever need I’m Joking Although it could be a very good addition to your arsenal to help fill out your T-shirts I used a similar variation to this with a straight bar but this is a great addition. It allows you to work the bicep at long range, minimise elbow movement and isolate the bi, with peak contraction at the top of the range. It worked for me and will be added to my new massing phase, up next. It could be helpful for you too. Try it and if it works push it hard in the 6-10 rep range with high intensive sets Let’s go.
