This is done by going to your profile, tapping the three-line menu, selecting "Content preferences," and then choosing "Reset suggested content." Instagram changes things ALL the time. I used to post Reel after Reel and wonder why Instagram refused to push my content to non-followers. Views stuck. Sales flatlined. I thought the problem was my content… but it was actually my settings. 📍Comment “Settings” When I fixed these, my Reels started hitting Explore, Suggested, and buyers I’d never met before — every single day. ⬇️ 1️⃣ Media Quality (crisp uploads) Profile → ☰ → Settings & privacy → Data usage & media quality → Upload at highest quality: ON 2️⃣ Cross-Posting (extra distribution) Profile → ☰ → Settings & privacy → Accounts Center → Sharing across profiles → IG → Facebook: Reels ON, Stories ON (Optional: Facebook → IG ON) 3️⃣ Comments (maximize social proof) Profile → ☰ → Settings & privacy → Comments → Allow comments from Everyone → Allow GIF comments: ON → Avoid over-filtering so legit comments don’t get hidden 4️⃣ Stories Visibility (top-of-funnel reach) Profile → ☰ → Settings & privacy → Story → Viewers: Everyone → Allow sharing/resharing: ON → Message replies: Everyone 5️⃣ Account Privacy (public = discoverable) Profile → ☰ → Settings & privacy → Account privacy → Private account: OFF (Public) If your content is great but your settings are wrong, Instagram will never show you to the audience that actually buys. 📍Comment “Settings” and I’ll send you my updated Instagram settings list that forces the algorithm to open the floodgates.
