This small food truck is run by the amazing Ms Rosaria whose smile itself will make your gloomy day brighter in addition to the handful cutlet bread. They serve freshly made authentic Goan chicken and beef cutlets with homemade ingredients and sauces. They also serve sausage bread, omelet bread, beef croquettes and tea. We tried out the chicken and beef cutlet pao that were delicious with the meat being well marinated and tender served in good quantity. The croquettes too were amazing. . The croquettes were priced at 15/- and the cutlet bread were 70-80Rs I think, can’t remember the exact price. . "Moms touch" is a food truck in the Majorda right down the road from the infamous Carries cutlet bread. . Seby Dias running the stall is often found there ringing up an order while his daughter does her homework along side. . Sebys been serving cutlet bread for 4 years started in his dad's locality in Quepem before moving here. His truck gets its name from the fact that all the recipes were his mom. His mom, though now older still makes most of the masalas herself. The menu is quite limited, with around 3-4 beef options and one each for chicken and pork.📋 🍗Since I don’t consume pork or beef, I tried the chicken shredded bread—masala shredded chicken with cabbage in a pao.
