DB flies are a great way to isolate the pecs, especially for someone who presses using more delts like I do. Keep the chest up at all times to maximize the pec stretch. Bend the elbows at the bottom to get more stretch between the upper arm and chest. Straighten arms at top but keep hands just outside of shoulders to maintain tension on the pec. Use slow and controlled tempo at all times. Really focus on keeping arms high to keep tension in pecs rather than delts. #pecs #chestworkout #pecworkout #flies #dbflies #sarantosfitness

Due to their fast speed and ability to change direction in a split second, dragonflies can be quite challenging to catch. The reward of catching them however is always amazing because once up close, you can see the amazing beauty that these aerial predators possess! This particular species of dragonfly that I caught is a Great Blue Skimmer (Libellula vibrans). Check out its richly colored blue eyes! The compound eyes on these insects are massive and take up most of their headspace. Because of this, dragonflies have an almost 360 degree range of vision! With this kind of exceptional eyesight, dragonflies can see things in front of them, above them, on the side of them, and almost entirely behind them as well! Dragonflies are predators that feed on a variety of various prey items in both their larval and adult stage. The adults use their incredible pair of eyes to detect moving prey, typically from flying insects. Some of the larger species of dragonflies have been known to prey on hummingbirds! One question I often get asked about dragonflies is if they have the ability to sting. The answer to that is no. There are no species of dragonflies that posses a stinger. Dragonflies can however bite if they’re held and feel trapped. As for a demonstration to show their sharp serrated mandibles in action, I allowed this Great Blue Skimmer to chew on my finger for a bit. Have you ever caught a dragonfly before? Let me know in the poll below! 👇🏾 *Hand drawn stickers added to my store’s website for purchase via link in bio! Please subscribe to my YouTube channel if you haven’t already! Huge beetle flys🚁 其實以前發過這篇,但這次是把慢動作取消,改用ig 內建的分段/速度放慢,整體畫面感意外的滑順 . Some viewers might be indignant about my action, thinking that I was ”hurting“ this beetle. But actually, this movement won’t hurt them at all. Beetle can’t control their flight as well as bird, so if you let them fly indoors without control, they get hurt possibly. Slightly hold top of beetle’s head can let me keep it safe during flight, also record this vedio to show every viewer “How beetles fly”. So just rest assured,I won’t hurt my guys☺️ #長戟大兜蟲 #大兜蟲 #兜蟲 #甲蟲 #ヘラクレスヘラクレス #兜虫 #甲虫 #dynastes #dynasteshercules #dynastesherculeshercules #insects__our_world #insectsofinstagram #insectphotography #insects #beetle
