My students, with natural intuitive abilities, tend to show these 5 signs. 🔮Your dreams are wild. 🔮People think you’re judgemental or that you think you know it all. You often worry about being judgemental. But the truth is: you’re claircognizant, meaning intuitive information about people and places just drops into your mind. 🔮You talk to nature, animals, and other things you’re not supposed to talk to. Either as a kid or now as an adult, you find yourself chatting with nature or pets. Maybe you think you’re making it up, but the truth is: you’re telepathically communicating! 🔮You can feel people’s energy or vibe or the energy of a space. Like you walk into a room and can feel that someone sad lives in there. Or when your father used to tell you that everything was alright, but you could feel his stress about money. 🔮You’re afraid of ghosts, spirits or the dark as a kid, or now as an adult.. You can only be afraid of those things, if you remember seeing them or feeling them at some point. Do any of these resonate with you?

Developing your intuition is a practice that gets better over time. The way you know that it’s intuition is: ✨ a calm voice comes from your gut ✨ the information is gentle, it whispers ✨ there is a certainty, a knowing that comes with it ✨ it feels right in your heart, even if your head doesn’t understand When you pay attention to your very initial feelings about a situation, you are tapping into your intuition. The head will then come in and persuade you with logic. While logic is a necessary intelligence to use, it’s not the only intelligence. When you tap into your heart and gut you are closer to intuitive guidance! Peace always follows after an intuitive hit is trusted. It may not even make sense why you would be peaceful, but this is just another beautiful aspect of the intuitive spiritual path. Drop a ✨ if you are in tune with your intuition!

Build Expertise: Repeated exposure and skill-building in a domain train the neural models that intuition draws from. 2. Get quality sleep: Because SWR happens during rest and sleep, giving your body downtime is likely important for supporting intuition. 3. Tune into your Body (Interoception): Training body awareness (through meditation, breathwork, and somatic practices) may improve the likelihood of picking up on those embodied "gut-instinct" signals.
