Okay but why do deviled eggs make people act like you’re a gourmet chef?? 😂 Not my prettiest batch because these eggs FOUGHT for their lives while I was peeling them… and I had a full panel of tiny judges asking to sample every five seconds 🫠 BUT this tray?? I’m obsessed. It has a lid, it actually travels well, and it makes my chaotic eggs look a little more put together than I felt making them lol Recipe is very much “measure with your heart (or your mouth)” – yolks mashed – little sprinkle of sugar – pinch of salt – mayo + mustard until it tastes right If you want the tray I used, comment EGG and I’ll send it 🫶🏼 Hot take: pickles do NOT belong in deviled eggs. Smoked Jalapeño Popper Deviled Eggs These are guaranteed to be a hit at your next gathering! Recipe • Place 12 eggs on the smoker at 325F for 30 minutes directly on the grill grates. Note: you can also boil the eggs instead of smoking them. • Place the eggs in a bowl full of ice water for 10-15 minutes. This will help stop the cooking process and cool the eggs down. • Peel the eggs by gently removing the shell. Place the eggs back on the smoker at 165F for 30 mins. • Slice each egg in half then scoop out the yolks into a bowl. Add 2 tbsp @trybachans Original, 3 tbsp softened cream cheese, 3 tbsp pickled jalapenos, 2 tbsp mayo, 1 tsp bbq rub then mix thoroughly and place in a piping bag. • Pour some bbq rub on a plate then place each egg white on the bbq rub face down to season the rim of the egg. • Pipe each egg white with the filling then top with crumbled bacon, a slice of fresh jalapeño and chives. #eggs #delicious

Incredible deep fried deviled eggs! Ingredients 8 hard-boiled eggs, halved and yolks separated For filling: 1/4 cup mayo 1 tbs Dijon mustard 1/4 tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp annatto powder (or paprika) 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 cup flour 2 eggs for breading 1 cup panko breadcrumbs 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp black pepper 1/4 tsp annatto powder (or paprika) 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1 1/2 cup vegetable oil Chives and finely chopped pickles for garnish 1. Bring a pot of water to a boil with enough water to cover the eggs by about an inch. Gently place the eggs in the water. Set a timer and cook the eggs 10 minutes. Once the eggs have finished cooking, immediately place them in an ice water bath for 10-15 minutes. Peel, slice in half and set aside the yolks in a bowl for later. 2. Combine ingredients for the filling (egg yolks1/4 cup mayo, Dijon mustard, 1/4 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp garlic powder ) in a bowl. Mix well, add to a piping bag and let cool in refrigerator till fried egg whites are ready. 3. Set up a dredging station, 1 bowl of seasoned flour (pepper, salt, annatto powder, and garlic powder),1 bowl of 2 eggs beaten, and 1 bowl of panko breadcrumbs. Dredge egg halves in flour, egg, and panko. Fry in oil over medium heat 1-2 minutes until egg whites are golden brown. Set aside on paper towels. 4. Once egg whites are fried, pipe yolk mixture into egg white. Garnish with chives, pickles, and paprika. Eat and enjoy!
