Tonight’s One Pan Night dinner recipe 🥘🍝 All you need for this easy and delicious recipe (serves 2-3 people): - 250g tagliatelle - 250 cherry tomatoes - 3 handfuls of baby spinach - ½ brown onion - 4 TBSP passata - 3 garlic cloves - 1 tsp parsley - 1 tsp oregano 🌿 -1 tsp Salt - 1 tsp pepper - Olive oil - 250ml light cream - 400ml vegetable (or chicken) broth - Parmesan cheese to taste Put all the ingredients in a pan, cover, cook for 15-20 minutes, add Parmesan, mix, and enjoy!☺️ Inspired by @dr.vegan #onepandinner #onepanrecipe #easydinneridea

cheesy potato & beef skillet 😋 full recipe below 👇🏻 What you’ll need:  for the ground beef mixture: 1lb ground beef 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 1/2 tsp onion powder 1 small yellow onion, finely diced for the potatoes: 4 small Yukon gold potatoes, sliced thinly with mandolin  2 cups milk 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese ½ tsp onion powder ½ tsp garlic powder 2 tsp dried rosemary for the topping:  1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Fresh green onions, sliced  Instructions:  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees 2. First, make the cream for the potatoes. Preheat an oven-safe pan to medium heat. Add the milk, onion powder, garlic powder, and dried rosemary. Stir everything together and bring to a simmer. Let it simmer for a few minutes, then add the parmesan cheese. Mix until the cheese has melted.  3. Turn off the heat, remove the cream from the pan, and place it into a bowl. Leave just a little bit of the cream in the bottom of the pan.  4. Add a layer of thinly sliced potatoes, then a layer of cream. Repeat until all the potatoes and cream are gone.  5. Cover with foil and place in the oven for 50 minutes or until the potatoes are cooked and can easily be pierced with a fork.  6. While the potatoes are cooking, make the ground beef mixture. Add the ground beef and cook for 7-10 minutes until brown. Add the diced onions and ground beef seasoning and saute for a few more minutes until the onions are soft.  7. Once the potatoes are out of the oven, top with the ground beef mixture and shredded cheese.  8. Place back into the oven and broil for 3-5 minutes until the cheese is golden brown. Top with sliced green onion and serve immediately. Enjoy!  #fundinneridea #easydinner

This is episode 25: Cheesy Artichoke Chicken Bake What you’ll need: 1.5–2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs 1 container artichoke parmesan dip (10–12 oz) 3 cups fresh broccoli, cut into small florets (no bigger than 1 inch) 1 cup shredded mozzarella ½ cup shredded cheddar 2–3 tbsp grated parmesan ½ tsp garlic powder ½ tsp onion powder black pepper + a small pinch of salt How to make it: Preheat oven to 375°F Layer chicken in a 9x13 baking dish Season with garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and salt Add broccoli on top Spread artichoke dip over everything — it doesn’t need to be perfect, it’ll spread as it bakes Cover tightly with foil and bake 35 minutes Remove foil and add all three cheeses Bake uncovered 10–15 minutes until golden and bubbling Rest 10 minutes before serving — don’t skip this part Come back for more if you like easy dinners 🫡 #easyrecipes #weeknightdinner #dinneridea #easydinners #easydinnerrecipes
