Add yogurt. Step 2: Heat generous amount of butter in your pan. Add the chicken and cook on both sides until brown (about 3 mins on each side). Step 3: Add onion & garlic to the pan. Cook for about 3 to 4 minutes until fragrant. Step 4: Reduce the heat to a simmer and add the tomato paste, coconut milk and water to the pan. Simmer for about 7 minutes.
