FLAMMKUCHEN, a traditional German snack enjoyed in beer halls across the country. Why not give it a this October. INGREDIENTS 2 tablespoon olive oil 125 ml warm eater 1 pinch salt 250 g flour 1 onion finely sliced 100g bacon lardons 50g creme fraiche Salt and pepper INSTRUCTIONS Preheat the grill to 250°C. Insert the DoJoe attachment. Whisk the water, olive oil, salt and flour together in the bowl with a hand or stand mixer fitted with a dough hook or paddle attachment. Allow the dough to rest for 30 minutes. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface. With a rolling pin roll the dough out around 3 mm thickness. Place on a pizza peel. Top and spread creme fraiche over the dough. Scatter the sliced onions and bacon lardons. Place in the DoJoe for approximately 10 to 12 minutes until the dough is crispy and the lardons golden. Pizza mit dem DōJOE⤵️ Gestern gab es die ersten Pizzen mit dem Pizzaeinsatz von @kamadojoe_de . Der DōJOE wird zuerst auf 350 Grad vorgeheizt und dann kann es auch schon losgehen. Den Teig drücken wir von innen nach außen und sparen dabei den Rand etwas aus. Ich habe wieder meinen Lieblingsteig angesetzt, leicht zu verarbeiten und sehr aromatisch. Wenn ihr das Rezept ausprobieren möchtet,lasst es mich gerne wissen. Die Pizza benötigt ca. 7-8 Minuten im DōJOE. Zum Ende habe ich die Pizza immer mit dem Schieber hoch richtig Deckel gehoben. Homemade pizza in the Kamado Joe DoJoe 🍕 Sauced with half Phlippen Original and half pizza sauce. Fresh mozzarella and pepperoni for the first one and mozzarella, red onion, cubanelle and shishito peppers, pepperoni and bbq sauce for the second pizza.
