Owner of Communion shop Making Memories, Ciara Douglas, is carrying communion dresses held above her head from her flooded premises in Downpatrick, Co Down. Serious flooding continues to affect parts of Northern Ireland with a number of regional towns under water. Both Downpatrick, Co Down and Portadown in Co Armagh are badly affected. Stormont’s Department of Infrastructure said it could be tomorrow before any reduction in water levels at Market Street Downpatrick can be expected.
