🔧 What is DTS? A Device Tree Source (DTS) is a human-readable file used in the Linux kernel to describe the hardware layout of a system, especially in embedded systems (like ARM-based boards). Instead of hardcoding hardware details inside drivers, Linux uses DTS files to separate hardware description from driver code. 📦 Why DTS is used? Makes drivers generic and reusable Avoids rewriting drivers for every board Clearly describes hardware like: CPUs Memory Buses (I2C, SPI, etc.) Peripherals (GPIO, UART, etc.) ⚙️ How it works?
