Comment DIFFUSER to get link to dupe of Dyson Diffuser How to use Diffuser ⬇️ ➡️ HOVER Diffusing and PIXIE Diffusing are two different ‘ways’ to use diffuser attachment of blow dryer ➡️ Hover Diffusing Method - Means hovering or moving diffuser over hair without actually touching/disturbing wet hair - Since diffuser doesn’t touch wet hair, hair dries with least amount frizz and intervention - BEST! - Set temperature on medium heat or no heat. Set fan speed on low or medium. Some diffusers move hair a lot even at medium speed which introduces frizz IMMEDIATELY for hair like mine. - Dry 80-90% hair by HOVERING DIFFUSER to get crisp definition and best of your styling efforts. ➡️ PIXIE DIFFUSING - Fancy name but it simply means scrunching wet hair with the diffuser head till roots, keeping it there for a while and then releasing - Low speed, No heat to avoid heat damage - Scrunching wet curls means MORE SHRINKAGE. Shrinkage = Volume. So Pixie Method is done to get more shrinkage, volume and curl definition - Scrunching wet curls while diffusing can make curls really really REALLY FRIZZY with no definition. So follow below precautions… - Wavy Hair: First allow curls to dry till 80-90% with hover diffusing and preferably get a cast. Then the remaining 10-20% moisture can be dried with PIXIE METHOD to get shrinkage and volume with least amount of frizz - Curly Hair: Curls are more prone to frizz and shrinkage naturally. If definition is your goal then it’s best to dry 100% with HOVER METHOD. If volume is your preference then last 5-10% hair can be dried with PIXIE METHOD ➡️ I used to hate diffusing SO MUCH because I didn’t know these dos and donts back in 2018-20. Plus my diffuser used to push and move my hair so much even at lowest speed. I would always end up with short frizzy hair 😒 But I am glad atleast you have Desicurly as your virtual guide😁🤪

DIFFUSER BATTLE ✨ Does the Dyson makes a difference? Is it worth the money?? Let’s find out! I doubted so long before I bought the Dyson because I thought it was so expensive but I think it’s worth the money. My number 1 reason is the diffusing time is so much shorter! I’m done in 18 minutes and with my Remington I diffuse for 40 minutes. I also get a little bit less frizz with the Dyson but overal I get really good results with both diffusers so if you think the Dyson is way to expensive I definitely recommend the Remington I used it for so long and I still get good results with it. Differences I noticed this wasday⬇️ Dyson dry in 18 minutes Remington dry in 40 minutes Dyson less frizz and hair doesn’t feel dry. Remington still good results but a bit of frizz and hair feels a bit dry. Dyson is lighter to hold in your hands then the Remington. For me the Dyson wins because it cuts down the drying time so much! But I like the results on both sides Which side do you like the most?
