Here’s a taste of the secret pop-up café I co-hosted and curated in LA that was completely women-led. This came together in a week and honestly the most easeful project I’ve worked on in years. Shortly after all the first trimester symptoms rolled inn. I was nauseous, dizzy and feeling extremely weak. For almost 4 months I didn’t even look at my yoga mat. But this Man kept reminding me how important is to practice. How much joy it brings me, how it have supported me for the past 10 years. So eventually I did listen. We started practicing a little together. Than visiting Spain we took a class pass at a Jivamukti studio. Together, not because he particularly wanted to but because that’s what you sometimes do in relationships. so SO absolutely thrilled to share this news! i’m officially an #MWH creator providing meditations and i couldn’t be happier or more thrilled to be part of this team. when i was struggling to find a workout a few years ago that would feel easeful on my postpartum new body, nothing was working. and a friend had been telling me to try MWH - that it would change my life. i signed up and quickly realized that it was a GAMECHANGER. so when our paths crossed in real life, already being team MWH, it was a no brainer to get to collab with this amazing woman! when it comes to healing modalities, like meditation, i always think starting small is so powerful. i teach meditation from the perspective of people who may think ‘its not for me’ because i used to feel like that too. The more Easeful you make your heart and spirit, the more the outside situations soften to meet you there. Ease is not created on the outside by hoping you never get challenged or uolevelled by Life, it’s created on the inside by moving from the seat of your Soul rather than feeling like you have to be on the offense or defense to every thing around you. Ease doesn’t come from the times of smooth sailing, it comes when you catch yourself tense up as an automatic response, and then consciously choose to take a breath and come back as a softer, more open hearted version of you. It is not easy because we haven’t seen much of it in the world - but if you’re reading this now you ARE the advance party, being sent in to create a new status quo. You practicing it will mean to others it becomes normal. And like with any other way you choose to become, it really isn’t that complicated so don’t let anyone tell you it is. It’s within your nature already - the hard part is to keep flexing it day after day so that one day it becomes your dominant operating system. Here’s to your Rising 🤍
