Easter Recipe Day 2 🐣🍋 Today’s recipe: Lemon Possets are bright, creamy, and perfectly refreshing. The kind of simple dessert that feels a little extra special with every spoonful. Ingredients: - 8 lemons (halved and hollowed) - 2 cups heavy cream - 3/4 cup granulated sugar - Lemon zest - 1 teaspoon Amoretti® Vanilla Bean Paste - 8 tablespoons fresh lemon juice Directions: 1. In a medium saucepan, combine the heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla bean paste. 2. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil over medium heat, stirring frequently until the sugar dissolves. 3. Let it simmer briefly, then remove from heat. 4. Stir in the fresh lemon juice and a bit of lemon zest. 5. Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then carefully pour into the hollowed lemon halves. 6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.

The only Easter eggs I want are ones that I can actually eat! I just boiled some beets and kept the leftover water to soak the eggs in! Add a little vinegar to help the color pop and soak in faster. For the filling, I just used mayo, mustard, salt n pep to taste! I blended with an immersion blender and put in a piping bag so I could make it cute! I loveee the way a bright yolk looks, so you could add turmeric if it’s not super bright! Top with 🌸edible flowers, chives, and fresh dill!

Chocolate cornflake Easter nests Ingredients: 2 cups corn flakes 1/2 cup desiccated coconut 200g milk chocolate 3 tbsp golden syrup 3 tbsp butter Mini eggs to decorate Method: 1. In a bowl add corn flakes and coconut and stir to combine 2. In a separate heatproof bowl melt butter, chocolate and golden syrup together until smooth 3. Pour wet ingredients into bowl with dry ingredients and stir together until everything is evenly coated 4. Line a cup cake tray with 6 liners 5. Distribute your mixture evenly between each of your liners, creating a small well in the centre 6. Add some mini eggs in the centre of the well 7. Let set in the refrigerator for at least an hour 8.
