POV: you just found the easiest Easter dessert ever 🐣🥥✨ Vegan Coconut Easter Nests 4 ingredients. 4 steps. Ready in under 1 hour. And yes… they taste like a Bounty + Easter egg had a glow-up. These vegan Easter nests are chewy, chocolatey, and dangerously addictive 🤭 Made with @niulife organic coconut flakes + organic coconut butter = ELITE combo! I am a huge fan of the @niulife range, and you can find a variety of gluten-free and vegan-friendly products in your local health food stores or shop online at niulife.com.au. Save this for your Easter spread or when you need a last-minute “I swear I planned this” dessert 🪺 Makes 6 nests Ingredients: 1 ¾ cups @niulife organic coconut flakes 2 tablespoons soft @niulife organic coconut butter ¾ cup vegan dark chocolate/vegan mylk chocolate chips Topping: 1 packet of mini vegan easter eggs Method: 1. Preheat your oven to 170 degrees and spread the flaked coconut onto a baking sheet to toast. Place your tray in the oven for approximately 6 minutes to lightly brown (make sure to watch your coconut so it doesn’t burn). 2. Allow your toasted coconut to cool whilst you make your chocolate mixture. Add your chocolate chips to a microwave-safe bowl along with your coconut butter and melt in 20-30 second increments until the chocolate is fully melted. 3. Roughly chop your toasted coconut in a food processor so you have smaller pieces, and add to your melted chocolate mixture. Mix well to combine. 4. Using a silicon muffin mould, spoon 2-3 tablespoons into each mould and top each nest with 3-4 eggs. Repeat until all 6 are filled. Place in the fridge/freezer to set for 1 hour. Enjoy!

You don’t need any fancy egg moulds to make these INSANELY good date snickers eggs! So pretty and naturally coloured too, I’m obsessed with this healthier Easter treat! SAVE it and make sure you’re following @mrshollingsworths 💖 Here’s how 👩🍳 🔹10 soft, fresh whole Medjool dates 🔹200g of vegan white chocolate 🔹5 tbsp peanut butter Optional: natural colourings (I used @perfecttedenergy and @hybridherbs) and sprinkles ▪️Remove date pits and shape dates into egg shapes. Spoon on 1/2 tbsp of peanut butter to each date and spread out, then freeze the dates for one hour to allow the PB to harden a little. ▪️Melt the chocolate using a double boiler or in the microwave, stirring at 30 second intervals. ▪️Dunk each date into the melted chocolate, ensuring it is completely coated, then place the coated dates on a tray or plate lined with baking paper. Add any decorations if you like! ▪️chill dates for 10 minutes, or until the chocolate is set, then enjoy! This recipe idea has been taking up space in my mind this week so I’m glad I finally found a packet of speckled eggs on sale 👌🏻 The recipe has been around on SO many different blogs and reels in different ratios & ingredients but my kids get 90% off their nutrients from #biscoff (joke… ok!) so we did a white chocolate and biscoff version. If you want a darker neat then nutella & coco and milk chocolate would probably be better! I’ve used 4 portions of shredded wheat roughly crushed with my mum rage…I mean hands. And then I added maybe 2 tablespoons of biscoff + a block of melted white chocolate. I did sneak in some soy protein puffs off camera, on the unlikely scenario where my children ACTUALLY eat the nest & not just the choccie eggs. Anyway, mush up and make little nests. I melted a little extra white chocolate and used as “glue” to keep the eggs in place xx Fridge for 10-15 minutes or until hard! How cute would these look at a kids table for Easter 🐣

POV: You’re bringing this to Easter brunch 🐣🌸🍫 This vegan Easter chocolate bark is: ✨ no-bake ✨ ready in 30 minutes ✨ ridiculously cute ✨ dangerously addictive All you need is vegan white chocolate and pastel Easter sprinkles — that’s it 💛 Save this for your Easter table & follow for more easy aesthetic dessert ideas 🌈✨ #easterbaking #vegan #springrecipes #dessert #chocolate

Method: •Lightly toast 100g shredded coconut in a dry pan over low heat, stirring constantly until golden. Remove from the pan and let it cool completely. •Gently melt 170g dark chocolate (70–85%) •Stir the cooled toasted coconut into the melted chocolate until fully coated. •Spoon the mixture into cupcake liners and use the back of a spoon to shape small “nests,” creating a little well in the centre. •Add fresh berries into each nest. •Refrigerate for 30–45 minutes, or until fully set. Store in the fridge and enjoy chilled for the best crisp texture 🍫🥥🐣 #healthydeserts #refinedsugarfree #antiinflammatorysnacks #easterrecipes #eastersnacks

I’ve got the cutest little Easter treat to share — Bunny Dirt Cups! 🌷 These come together in under 10 minutes and only take a handful of ingredients, which is always a win. To make them, tint some shredded coconut green to create “grass” (just mix in a few drops of food coloring), add your Peeps bunnies — I like to secure them with a toothpick so they stand up — and finish it off with a sprinkle of candy eggs on top. That’s it! My twin boys have been requesting these every Easter since they were tiny, and I totally get why. They’re festive, easy, and just plain fun to make together. Who’s adding these to their Easter lineup this year? 🐰✨ #eastertreats #easterdessert #easterfun #easyrecipes #kidfriendlyfood

Fried egg lolly Snacktivity 🍳 When someone asks me how I like my eggs. This is what I say 😉…this is a really simple and very cute snacktivity you can do with the kids! I saw them in a famous shop for a few pounds so thought let’s make our own! I hope you love them and try them. These make perfect Easter treats and gifts! You will need: Melted milk chocolate Melted white chocolate Orange smarties Chocolate lolly Start by melting your chocolates. You need more milk chocolate than white and the amount depends on the amount of lollies you make and the thickness of the lolly. Take a plate lined with baking paper. Add a blob of milk chocolate and secure a lolly stick. Now add around a tablespoon of melted chocolate and make a circle. Let that chill for 20 mins (it doesn’t have to fully set) now add a teaspoon of melted white chocolate and make a fried egg shape. Pop on an orange smarties to make the yolk and you’re done! Let the lolly set and enjoy! If you make these please tag me! #mumhack #easterfood #eggrecipes #chocolatelollipops #kidsfood
