Recipe ⤵️ My secret to easy & quick refried beans 🫘🤍 Ingredients: - 30 oz can of black/pinto beans - 1/4 onion (diced) - 1 Serrano (diced) - 3-4 garlic cloves (diced) - 1-2 chile de árbol - 1 tbsp oil - 1/4 tsp pepper Directions: 1. Heat oil over medium heat. Add in your onion & serranos. Fry for 2-3 mins until both are softened. 2. Add in your garlic, and once your garlic is fragrant add your chile de árbol. 3. Let that toast for a min before adding in your beans. 4. Season with 1 tsp salt, cumin, and water. Bring to a simmer and reduce heat to low. Let it simmer for 3-4 mins. Stir often. 5. Now just mash them up using a masher. Don’t over mash them, that way they’ll have some chunks. 6. Let that simmer for another 2-3 mins so it thickens a bit. Adjust seasonings to your liking, and once you have your desired consistency you’re all done! 7. Serve with your favorite dishes & enjoy babe! #easyrecipes #mexicanrecipes #refriedbeans
