This 22-seconds reel demonstrates a fast industrial process used to solder components onto a circuit board in seconds. First, electronic components are inserted into the board, which would normally require time-consuming manual soldering. Instead, the board is dipped into a special chemical solution that cleans and prepares the exposed wires. It is then carefully positioned over a bath of molten solder. As the board is slowly lowered, the liquid solder makes contact with the wires underneath and instantly adheres to them. This process securely connects all components at once, showcasing an efficient manufacturing technique that saves both time and effort. #ece #electronics #engineering #circuit #explorepage

Initially reading standard engineering textbooks will be boring! But if you spend time and understand the concepts, that will literally help in increasing your confidence level during interviews! And if you are in BTech, you have to know in depth knowledge in core subjects. So that the interviewer will prefer you over MTechs or other experienced candidates. Please don't mind if I have missed anything! Will make more informative stuffs soon! 😉 Let's assume you are in your 6th semester or you have 1 year Start with Digital Electronics or CMOS Circuits Topics to Focus: Combinational Circuits Sequential Circuits MUX, Arithmetic Circuits, like Adders/Subtracter Flip Flop and Latch concepts Analog Electronics: Razavi Lectures on YouTube Amplifier Circuits MOSFET Circuits Current Mirror Network Theory: Basic RC RL Circuits and Filters Basic Circuit Theory Questions (Current/Voltage) CMOS Digital Circuits Verilog Coding: HDLBits Semiconductor Physics and Devices: By Neamen MOSFET Physics: By Sedra Smith Or Razavi Lectures on YouTube Projects: Focus on hands-on software experience like Vivado, Cadence Virtuoso. In most of the core companies like Qualcomm, STMicroelectronics, for Freshers they will start with basic questions and gradually increase the difficulty level. If you are clear with your basics you are good to go! Tip for entering the Semiconductor industry: If you are in your BTech, getting an internship is a key to get your dream job. Internships are gateway to enter top tier core companies! And make sure you send resumes directly to the person who posts about openings. That's an easy way to get your interview scheduled. Send cold messages to hiring managers and parallelly apply on their job portals. Pro Tip: Watch YouTube videos of VLSI interview question solving sessions. That will give clarity to approach a question in your interview. Keep grinding and learning! 🚀 #vlsi #electronics #qualcomm #viral #ece

Many of you asked for the VLSI roadmap after my last reel, so here it is. 👇 If you want to build a career in Very Large Scale Integration, don’t start with tools or random tutorials. Start with the fundamentals. 1️⃣ Digital Electronics (Foundation) You must clearly understand: • Logic gates • Boolean algebra • Combinational circuits • Sequential circuits • Flip-flops & registers • Finite State Machines These concepts are the backbone of digital design. ⸻ 2️⃣ Learn Hardware Description Language Most companies expect you to know Verilog. Start with: • Modules and ports • Wire vs reg • Always blocks • Blocking vs non-blocking assignments • If-else & case statements Then move to writing testbenches and simulations. ⸻ 3️⃣ Build Small RTL Projects Projects prove that you actually understand design. Beginner projects you can build: • 4-bit ALU • Traffic light controller • FIFO buffer • UART transmitter Even 2–3 solid projects can make a difference in interviews. ⸻ 4️⃣ Learn Timing Concepts Most students ignore this part. But interviewers often ask about: • Setup time • Hold time • Clock domains • Timing violations Understanding timing shows you think like a designer. ⸻ 5️⃣ Understand the VLSI Design Flow A basic flow in Very Large Scale Integration looks like this: Specification → Architecture → RTL → Verification → Synthesis → Physical Design → Tapeout You don’t need to master everything at first, but you should understand the flow. ⸻ ⭐ In VLSI, depth matters more than quantity. Don’t just learn syntax. Learn how digital circuits actually work. ⸻ 📌 Save this post if you’re preparing for VLSI 💬Comment “ROADMAP” if you want detailed partwise roadmap guide. 💬 Follow @circuitstoglaciers for more such reels #womenintech #vlsi #fresherjobs #ece #corporate
