12 hrs study is not easy but I’m giving you a routine that will change your life . 8:00am : wake up 8:00 to 9:00 : shower +exercise +Breakfast 9:00 to 12:00 : study 1 12:00 to 2:00 : lunch and nap 2:00 to 6:00 : study 2 6:00 to 8:00 : scroll, friends , evening walk dinner 8:00 to 11:00 : study 3 11:00 to 11:30 : Break 11:30 to 1:30 : study 4 1:45 : sleep This routine is best for lazy student because there is 2 hrs of break in every study session. Tips : 1. When your start your study session make sure you completely avoid cozy area and your mobile phones 2. Natural light is very important so try to study in natural light 3. When you take 2 hrs of break you can sleep for some time to relax your mind 4. You can also take a break fir 2 to 5 minutes in between study session 5. 5 easy ways to actually enjoy studying (as much as you can haha) Change your environment → I stopped forcing myself to study in my room and started going to cafes, libraries, or even just different spots around campus. A fresh environment helps with your mindset + productivity so much more than you might think:) Make it social → Study dates with friends are always such a fun idea/try and go to the library with friends! Even if you’re working on different things, having company makes it so much more enjoyable (and you’re less likely to give up). Reward system → After every study session I do something nice for myself – grab a coffee, watch an episode, go for a walk. Having something to look forward to makes starting so much easier + rewards your brain after working hard so then you will be more likely to want to study the next time:) Good music/ambience → having good music that helps you lock in makes such a difference!! I love noise-cancelling headphones too. Start with the interesting stuff → Instead of forcing myself through boring readings first, I start with topics I’m actually curious about. It gets me in the mood and builds momentum for the harder stuff.
