Struggling to stay awake while stud

Save these for later 💫 Struggling to stay awake while studying? These 5 science-backed strategies will help you study effectively even when you’re exhausted: Tip 1: Caffeine-Nap Trick A cup of coffee or tea followed by a 15-minute power nap will help you wake up feeling more alert. Tip 2: Five-Minute Rule Convince yourself to study for just five minutes. Once you start, you’ll likely find it easier to keep going. Tip 3: Active Recall > Rereading Passive studying won’t work when you’re tired. Instead of reading your notes again, use flashcards, try testing yourself, or explain concepts out loud. Tip 4: Switch Up Your Environment A small change—like moving to a different room or sitting by a window—can help reset your focus and improve concentration. Tip 5: Low-Effort Learning If reading feels impossible, let the information come to you. Listen to an audio summary or watch an educational video. Even a little studying is better than none, so don’t be too hard on yourself. Prioritize rest and take care of yourself! The Hack

Study SMARTER, not harder or longer! ✅🏆💯👩🏽‍🎓 - The Hack? 📕 Active Recall + Spaced Repetition 📕 1️⃣ Revise or learn content through techniques that requires you to retrieve information when prompted, without reading/looking at your notes. Examples include: Flashcards, Blurting, Practice Questions. 2️⃣ Review this content at regular, increasing intervals. For example: Say you learn something in class that day. You would then review the content… —> when you get home from school —> again that weekend —> the weekend after —> in a fortnight —> in a month —> in 3 months. This combo is one of the most EFFICIENT ways to study, and will help you learn & remember content SO much faster, and for way longer too 🤓🤓🤓 - #studysmarter #studysmart #studyskills #studyhacks #studytips #student #studentlife #topscorer #goodgrades #topstudent #schoolmemes #schoolife #studentproblems #ATAR #VCE #HSC

How to study 12 hours daily as a lazy student

12 hrs study

How to study 12 hours daily as a lazy student 12 hrs study is not easy but I’m giving you a routine that will change your life. 8:00am : wake up 8:00 to 9:00 : shower + exercise + breakfast 9:00 to 12:00 : study 1 12:00 to 2:00 : lunch and nap 2:00 to 6:00 : study 2 6:00 to 8:00 : scroll, friends, evening walk, dinner 8:00 to 11:00 : study 3 11:00 to 11:30 : break 11:30 to 1:30 : study 4 1:45 : sleep This routine is best for lazy students because there is 2 hrs of break in every study session. Tips: 1. When you start your study session, make sure you completely avoid cozy areas and your mobile phones. 2. Natural light is very important, so try to study in natural light. 3. When you take 2 hrs of break, you can sleep for some time to relax your mind. 4. You can also take a break for 2 to 5 minutes in between study sessions. 5. To make these long study hours easier, I use Oreate AI to turn my lectures into podcasts and flashcards, summarize notes instantly, and generate study outlines — so I spend more time focusing and less time organizing. 6. Constantly think about your goals.

Read caption!! You don’t have to spend endless hours studying to get good grades. The key is studying smarter, not longer. Most students think that more time equals better results, but that’s not true. If you’re using the right approach, you can actually study less and score higher. Here’s why:
✅ Quality beats quantity—focused studying is way more effective than long, distracted sessions.
✅ Your brain remembers more when you study actively, not passively.
✅ Taking breaks and resting properly makes your study sessions more productive. So, if you’ve been stuck in the cycle of over-studying without results, it’s time to change your strategy. Work smarter, not harder, and watch your grades improve! For more follow me @erik_romd :)

Some study methods for you guys💓 sorry I haven’t been posting much, doing my usual social media detox before exam starts! If you struggle with focusing or finding motivation just before exams, I recommend doing a full day or week of social media detox, just don’t use your phone, focus on other stuff like hobbies if you don’t want to study, although I recommend studying every day even if its for a few minutes. Anyways! I will be back posting more frequently starting next week. How is your exam preparation going?
