Everyones busy, but are we effective? This is an important question because most people, when asked, say they feel really busy all the time and that this is a major barrier for them. But how many of us are conflating being busy with 'doing the work needed'? How much could we improve our outcomes by working more efficiently, getting more strict with our time, and focusing on what really matters? If you were more effective in your work, would you have to do more / work late? If you optimised your fitness session would you have to exercise for as long?
