They're available now! ​ ​Elf Cosmetics O FACE Shimmer Balm ​$10USD (2 shades) ​💓what is it: A luxe glitter lip balm that slicks lips with a sheer veil of shimmer in a comfortable, moisturizing formula. ​💓my opinion: the packaging, the price and the concept is really cute. It's an affordable way to have a shimmer lip topper balm. The glitter itself looks better with no other lip color underneath. As a balm on its own it gives a really prettt effect and it's lightweight.
