We kicked things off with the Focaccia Pull-Apart (Taleggio + Pecorino + sunflower honey = actual heaven). Then came the pasta... Radiatore Alla Vodka and that dreamy Bolognese? Let’s just say I’ve had them twice in one week and I have no regrets. Also obsessed with the filet, burrata, Caesar, and don’t even get me started on the Salted Caramel + Coffee Budino. Luxury living should include fine dining and I cannot say enough great things about @elliottasterstpete located in the @vinoyresort We visited for a second time last night and the experience could not have been better. Our server Brittany was a delight and took great care of us. Grab a reservation or get there early and sit at the bar for a full feast or order light bites in the cocktail lounge areas. You can’t go wrong with either of the experiences.
