The beauty of the elliptical is it’s a universal cardio machine and has great benefits to go along with it. I recommend going on the elliptical for 25-30 minutes 3-4X per week. Do this and you will lose weight. The elliptical is a weight loss machine when done right. It’s all about form and how you choose to use the machine. Make sure to stay at a pace that’s challenging but do able, find your weight loss heart rate zone-see other videos for details below- and go for 25-30 minutes minimum, 45 minutes maximum for at least 3X per week.
