This is the quickest way I've found to shift my energy in less than one minute👇 Nothing will change until you change your energy. Try this breathwork known as the brain booster next time you hit the afternoon slump, or your driving and need a boost. It is a three part inhale through the nose with synchronized arm movements, then an exhale through the mouth, bend at the waist, sending the energy you just created to your head, therefore giving you a brain boost - better than coffee in my experience. I utilize this breath when I'm driving long drives, or duing a work break. Follow and watch my previous videos for more.

It took me a very long time to appreciate the importance of energetic containment.⁣ ⁣ I started this path with so many practices that brought me out of the body or dissociated me from the present moment - whether it was astral projection or manifesting techniques that weren’t fully formed and focused on bypassing.⁣ ⁣ It’s not always the case but it was apparent for me that many of these practices (without the right awareness) often just create more imbalance, if you aren’t connected to your physical body first.⁣ ⁣ This tendency to always look for a way ‘out’ also manifested emotionally, where my energy went all over the place. I didn’t know what boundaries were. I would latch onto the idea of a relationship without actually connecting.⁣ ⁣ As I have been learning to consciously bring my energy back to the body and to remain present, it’s actually easier to extend my energy outwards when necessary.⁣ ⁣ You can help others without getting your ego tangled up in trying to save or fix them.⁣ ⁣ You can consciously enter relationships while continuing to tend to your own foundation. You can look to the future without endlessly fixating there.⁣ ⁣ When your energy is contained you have more to give and less to project onto others.⁣ ⁣ And it can start with a simple prayer or affirmation, ‘I call my energy back to my body’.⁣ .⁣ .⁣ #energywork #embodiment
