Here are the steps: 1. Learn the technical model and study the pro’s. Here, you’ll see what success looks like in detail. 2. Feel the landmark positions, statically. Here, you’ll establish a map of where your body & limbs need to be at different stages. Start with a statically holding, then walk through. 3. Use drills. Here, you’ll get a better sense of the timing and the right sequence of muscle firing patterns through the positions in slow to moderate speeds. 4. Bring the whole movement together with low speeds and effort. Here, you establish awareness of what it feels like when things are right vs wrong. 5. Repeat with moderate effort & speeds to gain consistency in practice. Here, you’ll groove the neural pathways to make the correct mechanics a habit, in a controlled environment. 6. Stress-test the technique with high adrenaline, faster speeds, pressure, and fatigue. Here, you’ll make the technique stronger so it has a better chance of holding up in a track meet. 7. Progress from low-pressure meets to high-pressure meets. Here, you’ll find out that practice gains don’t automatically translate to a meet, and you need multiple meet scenarios to actualize the changes in a championship environment. Figure 03, the third-generation humanoid from Figure AI, was shown in a demo where it performed dynamic locomotion with both feet leaving the ground, a sign of a running-like gait, and handled quick changes in direction and sharp braking much more fluidly than typical slow, statically stable robots. The footage points to it moving at speeds closer to a human jogging pace and executing agile starts and stops inside a controlled environment.  This capability is notable because most humanoid robots walk cautiously, keeping at least one foot on the ground for stability, so seeing coordinated flight phases and responsive directional control suggests significant advances in balance and motion planning.
