Did it meet my Eggspectations? 👀 WELLL mostly yes! Here’s my honest review.. @eggspectationpk Their New Blue Area location is perfect for a Sunday brunch ☀️Loved the vibes! Tried their smoked salmon flatbread pizza (7/10). It was good and could’ve used more salmon. They did bring extra on the side when we mentioned it, which was nice. The tiramisu french toast (8/10) was definitely sweet and soft! This branch, since it’s still new, has a few small things that need attention like ensuring the bread baskets are given to all guests and the overall cleanliness. I just wish we didn’t have to remind them for the stuff we ordered, but again it was a busy Sunday! Felt like we kind of had to ask for our experience to be good, but to their credit, the staff was very accommodating and kind once things were pointed out. We started off with mozzarella sticks, and let me tell you—they had the perfect golden crisp with that satisfying cheese pull. Definitely a solid start! . For the mains, we went for the Carino pizza and Cordon Bleu. The pizza had a thin, crispy base with just the right balance of toppings, but the real star? The Cordon Bleu. Perfectly breaded, juicy on the inside, and oozing with cheesy goodness—hands down, the highlight of the meal! 🤩 . Found a spot where the aesthetic is just as good as the appetizers. @eggspectationpk ✨ Spent the afternoon soaking in the vibes and catching up over a massive spread. The highlights? The desserts were elite and the entrees were awesome. I’ll be real—the pasta was a bit of a letdown this time around, but everything else definitely made up for it. Sometimes you come for the food and stay for the atmosphere.
