As Kyle said in the last post, we not only surpassed our record of 131 python eggs removed, but we more than TRIPLED our efforts from last year!! Which is so rewarding for us considering the literal years of research, time, energy, blood and sweat we’ve put into figuring this out. We feel strongly that this strategy is especially effective in managing these invasive species. To put it into perspective, the amount of eggs we removed this season is more than the amount of pythons we’ve removed over 5 years. wait for it 🐍🥚 how many eggs do you think this 16 ft mama python had? This was the larger of TWO invasive Burmese python nests @kyletheguy_ @snakeaholic and I got at the SAME TIME this day!! It was literally one of the best days of my life, and it’s all in our new YouTube video where we remove 431 python eggs!!
