Puerto Rico has an invasive species problem with reticulated pythons! Retics are the longest snake species in the world and are native to Southeast Asia, but have become an invasive species in Puerto Rico! These massive constrictors were brought over via the pet trade, similar to the invasive Burmese pythons in the Florida Everglades.
