Did you know that the number on the scale fluctuates every day due to: - how much / what kind of food you eat the days before - how much water you drink - how much sodium you consume (too much causes water retention) - how long ago you did a #1 or #2 - what kind of exercise you did the day before (this can also cause muscle inflammation & water retention) - medication / illnesses - if your period is due soon - if you’ve had any alcohol - if you’ve eaten before getting on the scale etc… all of these things can cause your weight to go up or down temporarily.
