I have always used some form of art to regulate my emotions ~ when things are too intense around me or inside of me, it’s one of the best ways I’ve found to release and move through the energy I’ve certainly lost the plot here and there. Perfectionism seems to come into play when I feel a desire to be seen. Blessedly it is quite easy to remove that block when I return to the truth of art ~ it’s not about me. This is why I so deeply love teaching.
