Keep going. Water breaks rock not because it’s powerful, but because it stays consistent. That’s how real progress works too. Small efforts repeated daily shape outcomes that once felt impossible. You don’t need to be forceful. You just need to keep showing up. Follow for more 👉 @mindset.therapy

God’s design for birth is incredible. Did you know you don’t always need to forcefully push your baby out? Of course, there may be some “pushing” involved, BUT your body is actually designed to push your baby out for you. Your uterus rather. During labor, contractions are actually pulling your uterus upward, building the top of your uterus called your fundus. The uterus is actually a muscular, hollow organ. And as labor progresses, your fundus will build strength and help push your baby out. This is why at the end of labor, once you’ve gone through transition you start to feel an uncontrollable urge to push. This is the fetal ejection reflex!! With both of my babies, I experienced the fetal ejection reflex and really did not have to “push” my babies out. They just gently came out as I breathed them out. When you allow God’s design to take over, especially during the pushing phase, you’re less likely to tear or have pelvic floor damage with birth. Tearing can be a normal part of birth, but when you’re not being coached to push, you’re way less likely to likely to tear. (Not to mention if you do not have an epidural you are also less likely to tear) Many women do not realize you do not have to aggressively push your baby out, nor do you need to be told when to push. You will know when it’s time to start pushing. 🙂 💬Did you know about FER? ✨if you’d like to learn more about God’s design for childbirth, I have a completely FREE birth course. Start your morning with these 3 Kriya-s🌞 These ancient yogic practices are like internal wake-up calls—cleansing, energizing, and aligning your system from the inside out. Here’s how to do them: 🔹 1. Kapalabhati (Skull Shining Breath) – Sit tall with a long spine – Take a passive inhale, then begin sharp, rhythmic exhales through the nose – Pull the belly in with each exhale (inhale happens naturally) – Do 3 rounds of 30-50 breaths Benefits: Clears the mind, detoxes the lungs, boosts energy + clarity 🔹 2. Madhyama Nauli (Central Abdominal Churning) – Start with Uddiyana Bandha (exhale fully, hold breath out, and draw belly up and in) – Then contract the center of your abs only – Hold for a few seconds, release, and repeat – Practice 3-5 rounds Benefits: Activates digestion, massages internal organs, awakens core vitality 🔹 3. Kundalini-Style Bhastrika (with arm presses) – Sit in easy seat – Arms bent, hands near shoulders – Inhale & exhale through the mouth with forceful breaths – As you breathe alternate the arms pressing the heel of the palm forward as you extend the arm out – Do 1-3 minutes Benefits: Charges your system, expands breath capacity, balances prana ⚡ Try these before coffee and feel your whole body come alive. #kriya #kriyayoga #pranayamapractice #yogamorningroutine #yogicbreath #kapalabhati #naulikriya #kundalinibreathwork #dailyritual #yogafordigestion #pranayam #breathworkhealing #yogictools #yogatransformation #startyourdayri

Calmness and aggression represent contrasting emotional and behavioral states. Calmness is characterized by a state of tranquility, composure, and the absence of agitation or stress. Aggression, on the other hand, involves forceful, often hostile, behavior intended to dominate or harm others. While aggression can sometimes be a natural response to perceived threats or frustration, it's generally considered detrimental to effective communication and healthy relationships. Cultivating calmness, through techniques like deep breathing and mindfulness, is often recommended for managing anger and resolving conflicts constructively. #knowledge #information #history #discover #trending #tabletennis #sports #EchoThisDay #History #onthisday #TodayInHistory #Flashback Follow @echothisday

I miss when reels were fun…. Just was able to post with no agenda… not a “how to”, no “$75k in a week off digital marketing” scammers, no GRWM with those awful outfits, or those cringey forceful “im content creator” videos. I miss just posting 🙁

😂 Raising your voice means talking louder than your usual tone, often because you feel strong emotion or want to be heard clearly. It can sound more forceful or intense, but not always angry — sometimes it’s just to emphasize or project your words.

Try this breathing technique to help reduce pelvic floor trauma when pushing in birth. The goal is to birth your baby's head a bit slowly so your perineal tissue has time to stretch. How? Avoid forcefully bearing down and breath holding (aka purple pushing). A hee-hee hoo-hoo breath (or say the word HOUSE) can help you slow down as baby head is coming out. A fast forceful birthing of baby's head can increase the chances of tear. Side lying and hands and knee positions are great (and possible w an epidural) as they allow the sacrum to be free and open while also helping you slow down when crowning. Sooooo much more to say on birth positions, breathing and ways to reduce tearing. It's all in the Push Prep course! You CAN train mentally and physically for birth no matter what kind of birth you are planning. This is Kapalabhati—a powerful breath technique that looks intense but feels like a full-body reset. It starts with quick, forceful exhales driven by a snap of the low belly… then pairs with a double inhale and a slow, steady exhale. Why does it work? Because it gets you out of your head and into your body. It clears stagnant air, boosts oxygen flow to your brain, and activates your vagus nerve—the signal to your nervous system that it’s safe to soften. Try it for one minute & if it feels comfy a try a few rounds followed by a breath hold. Hand gestures optional 🤣
